Add guards against
HttpHeaders::firstValueAsLongfailures.H3MalformedResponseTestis overhauled – migrated to JUnit, reinforced with exception type tests, etc. – but not allfirstValueAsLongchanges are verified with new additional tests.test/jdk/java/net/httpclient/tests still do pass.Progress
